Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Weaponcrates ("Weaponcrates", "we", "us") governing your use of the Weaponcrates app and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Weaponcrates. By using the Service you confirm that you are 16 or older and that you can lawfully buy and sell airsoft products where you live.

2. What Weaponcrates is

Weaponcrates is a venue that lets users list, discover, buy and sell airsoft replicas and related gear, scoped to your country. Weaponcrates is not the buyer or seller in any transaction between users and is not a party to those agreements. We do not take possession of items and do not guarantee any listing, user, sale or purchase.

3. Airsoft only — prohibited items

Weaponcrates is strictly for airsoft replicas and related equipment. You may not list, sell, offer or solicit:

• Real firearms, firearm components, or anything capable of firing live ammunition;
• Ammunition, explosives, or pyrotechnics;
• Knives, blades or bladed weapons;
• Body armour or ballistic protection;
• Any item that is illegal to sell or transfer in the buyer's or seller's country.

Listings that breach this section are removed, and accounts that breach it may be suspended or terminated.

4. Objectionable content and conduct — zero tolerance

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. You agree not to post content, or behave in a way, that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, sexually explicit, violent, fraudulent, or that infringes another person's rights. You will not impersonate others, spam, scam, or attempt to circumvent safety controls.

Every listing, profile and message includes a Report option, and you can block any user. We review reports and act on objectionable content and abusive users — typically within 24 hours — by removing content and ejecting the users responsible. Repeated or serious violations result in permanent removal from the Service.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (listings, photos, messages). You grant Weaponcrates a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and distribute that content as needed to operate the Service. You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the rights to post it.

6. Payments

Payments for physical airsoft goods are processed outside of Apple's in-app purchase system in line with Apple's guidelines, using our third-party payment processor. Any optional digital features offered within the app are sold through Apple in-app purchases where required. Buyers and sellers are responsible for completing transactions honestly and lawfully.

7. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate account and listing information.
• Comply with all laws that apply to buying, selling and shipping airsoft items where you are.
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share your account.
• Not misuse, disrupt, scrape or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from within the app.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that listings are accurate, that users will behave lawfully, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Weaponcrates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising out of transactions between users, your use of the Service, or your inability to use it.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and update the date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
